The NBA is finally starting to recognize how valuable of a talent Jimmy Butler is, but for some crazy reason that attention is coming from teams other than the Chicago Bulls? Prior the start of the season, the Bulls had clearly made offseason moves that put them in contention with top teams of the Eastern Conference and this came with the signings of Dwyane Wade and Rajon Rondo.
The thing about those signings is that they would not mean as much to the team, nor would they probably have signed, if Jimmy Butler were not considered the number one player on the team. He is currently #10 in scoring at 25.0 PPG and #12 in Steals Per Game at 1.7. He gets it done on both ends of the ball while being the 10th most efficient player, he clearly is what so many other teams would want if they could get there hands on him.
Despite all the speculation, the Bulls should see his value and end up making some changes to keep their version of the Big 3 together so they can make a run at the championship using the winning experience of Wade and Rondo. Jimmy Butler has the capabilities of leading this team to continue the roll it’s on and sneak up on the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals this summer!
